**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record and process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, invoices, and journal entries
- Maintain accurate records of student payments and outstanding balances
- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
- Monitor and track inventory and supplies for the academy
- Coordinate with admin and front desk to ensure timely billing and collection from students
- Support payroll processing and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, etc.)
- Maintain organized files for financial documents and records
- Assist in preparation for audits and tax submissions
- Respond to inquiries related to billing and finance from parents/students
- Other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
**Working Hours**:
- Every Tuesday to Friday 4pm - 9pm
- Every Saturday and Sunday 8am - 7pm
- Monday day off
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
