Responsible on detailed planning for internal fabrication products regarding Machining and Assembly operations. - Log in new schedules based on requests from customers and work closely with CSR and feedback to the customer(s). - Log detailed machine planning for internal machined parts and internal sub-treatments taking the production time into calculation account. - Log detailed planning on Assembly and internal sub-treatments taking the Assembly time into calculation account. - Responsible to provide/update/revise schedules if necessary and feedback adequate information to CSR. - Responsible to collect all information needed to start production such as documentation and oversees that materials needed for production are available to start a lot/batch. - Responsible for issuing Lot-travellers on order(s) and forecast. (Machining & Assembly). - Responsible to retrieves information from related parties: o TP - Scheduled maintenance within company and taking into planning consideration. o PR - Plan status/backlog to re-scheduled planned if necessary. o SC - Raw material status to ensure internal planning status feasibility. - Able to understand a Multi-Level BOM and to extract the information needed to create planning forms/requests to subsequent departments. - Able to report accurate information to warehouse to enable and secure detailed Stock Management. - Responsible to analyse Mid to Long-term schedules and share to responsible HOD. - To inform HOD/Superior on un-foreseen changes within planned (< 2 weeks scheduled) and share changes which impacts overall OTD. - To communicate with team on backlog and recovery plan if necessary. **Job Requirements**: - SPM and above or related Professional certificate. - Minimum 2 years working experience in similar field / position. - Material inventory control - ISO-9001 2015 - EPR System Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month **Experience**: - ERP system: 1 year (preferred) - Planner: 1 year (preferred) - precision engineering: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
