**Job Summary**:

**Key Role & Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Management**:
- Oversee the end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and aligned with company objectives.
- Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, coordinating with legal advisors as necessary.
**Expatriate Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for expatriate staff, providing assistance with relocation, cultural adaptation, and administrative support.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with expatriate regulations and procedures.
**Administrative Management**:
- Supervise daily office operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative processes.
- Manage office facilities, supplier contracts, procurement, and third-party service providers.
- Develop and monitor budgets for HR and administrative expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
**Employee Relations & Engagement**:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication.
- Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace culture
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of **5 years of HR and administrative experience**, with **a background in Chinese manufacturing companies are preferred.**
- Proven experience managing expatriate procedures in Malaysia.
- Fluency in spoken,read and written Mandarin language is required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken in both English and Malay language is required.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR software systems.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in managing a diverse workforce.
