Process incoming orders for customized furniture projects accurately and efficiently.
- Review order details, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Communicate with sales personnel and/or clients to clarify any discrepancies or gather additional information related to their orders to ensure order accuracy.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize orders based on deadlines and capacity.
- Monitor order progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, including relevant documents and communication.
- Provide timely updates to sales personnel, and/or clients on the status of their orders and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
