**Summary**:
AYP is looking for an energetic, reliable, and adaptable **Payroll Specialist** to strive for data validations and service level agreements compliance for accurate and efficient processing of payroll for our external clients in Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, review, and validate all salary changes and processing payroll, statutory contribution and taxes pertaining to Malaysia labour legislation.
- Work with the team to achieve the best practices, key performance indicators, and SLA
- Remain up to date with payroll laws/regulations
- Perform administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and/or Degree.
- Min 1 year experience in processing Malaysia payroll.
- English written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with outsourced payroll provider will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Understanding of local payroll regulations, with international experience is an advantage to have.

**Working arrangement: Hybrid with 2 days work from office/co-working spaces (Mon, Tues), and 3 days work remotely from home. ****:
