Photographer and Digital Marketer Coordinator(Kl Based)

**Overview Of The Job**

IMAS is seeking a talented and creative photographer with the capability in managing digital marketing platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase the life of our school community. Your photographs will be used for variety of purposes including:

- School website and social media platforms
- Marketing materials (brochure, flyers, posters, etc.)
- School publication (yearbook, newsletters, etc.)
- Student and faculty portraits
- Event photography (sports day, school plays, etc.)

You will also be responsible in developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote the school and attract new students.

This job scope may evolve over time to adapt to changing needs and priorities within the school’s digital communication strategy. Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

**Minimum Requirements**:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Creative Art Media and Design, Communication or related field.

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing preferably in Education Sector.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional photography.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g.: Adobe Creative Suite), video editing tools and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practice.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g.: Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g.: Google Analytic)
- Knowledge of SEO principles, analytic tools and social media management platforms
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills with a passion for education and storytelling.

**Knowledge, Skills & Ability**
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in portraiture, event photography, and environmental/ nature shots.
- A flexible and positive attitude with a passion for capturing the energy and spirit of a school community.
- Strong analytical and problem solving
- Experience in SEO is a plus
- Ability to be flexible and adapt as needed between various in-person working environments.

**Essential Duties**
- Develop and implement a photography plan for the school academic year, ensuring all key events and activities are captured.
- Communicate effectively with staffs, students, and parents to schedule photography sessions and obtain necessary permissions.
- Take high quality digital photographs and videos using professional tools and equipment with the right techniques.
- Edit and retouch raw photographs and videos using industry-standard software to enhance the quality and visually appealing.
- Meet datelines and deliver photo in timely manner
- Maintain and care photographic equipment.
- Develop and manage school website and social media platforms
- Create engaging content to promote the school’s unique offerings and achievements
- Implement targeted online advertising campaign to reach wider audience.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign.
- Stay up to date on latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather content ideas and ensure alignment with school objective.
- Ensure all content adheres to branding guidelines and reflects the school’s values and identity.
- Monitor social media trends, reply to comments and messages in timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
