Job Description:

- Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
- Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers & etc.
- Review statutory audit reports, inventory management and Debtors Ageing Report
- Validation of information / input in the monthly reports to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.
- Work independently, liaise and communicate effectively on relevant issues.
- Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI
- Establish and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Internal Control Procedures to improve Finance and Reporting Systems
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbally
- Able to multiple task and organize.
- Able to start immediately would be an advantage.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Requirements**:

- Professional Qualifications ie ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in Autocount accounting software
- At least 3 years working experience in finance position, preferably in related industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
- Full-Time position
- Able to work under pressure
- **Able to start immediately would be an advantage.**
- **Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.**

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Post-Graduate (required)

**Experience**:

- Corporate finance: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (required)

License/Certification:

- ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting or Equivalent (required)
