We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Clinic Manager to join our team in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. As the Dental Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our dental clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clinic.

Working Schedule:
Tuesday to Sunday
- 6 days a week. (Monday is off day)
9am-6pm

**Responsibilities**:
Clinic Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and coordination of dental procedures.

Ensure compliance with clinic policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, and initiate procurement as necessary.

Implement and maintain effective systems for patient record management.

Teamwork Spirit:
Ensure a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and collaboration.

Patient Relations and Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional patient experience by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the clinic.

Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the clinic's services and attract new patients.

Patient Booking Management:
Monitor and manage clinic patient booking from lead to coming for appointment.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing a dental clinic.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Highly fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English, both spoken and written, Mandarin /Chinese Speaking additional advantage

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of dental clinic operations, procedures

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
