Job Scope:

- **Assisting Chef**:

- Assist the chef in the cooking process.
- **Following SOP**:

- Ensure that products are prepared according to SOP and quantities are in line with specified requirements.
- **Kitchen Cleanliness and Safety**:

- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
- **Preparation and Organization**:

- Organize and prepare cooking ingredients, including washing, dividing, chopping, and systematic food storage.
- **Cleaning Duties**:

- Wash and sanitize kitchen areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment.
- **Personal Hygiene**:

- Follow appropriate personal hygiene procedures to ensure that the food served is safe to eat.
- **Food Safety and Handling**:

- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures.
- **Quality Monitoring**:

- Monitor food quality during preparation and promptly inform the manager if products do not meet specifications.

Qualifications:

- **Citizenship and Religion**:

- Malaysian citizen and Muslim.
- **Gender**:

- Open to both males and females.
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum qualification is Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM). No specific certification required.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Disciplined, willing to learn, and has a strong work ethic.
- **Skills**:

- Able to read and calculate.
- Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
