**Scope of responsibilities**:
**Admissions & Application Support**
2. Provide accurate admissions information, including policies, procedures, and deadlines.
6. Notify applicants of admission decisions and guide them on next steps.
**Student Engagement & Support**
7. Maintain regular communication with applicants, addressing inquiries and concerns.
8. Respond promptly to prospective students and families, providing comprehensive program details.
9. Register and orientate students for placement tests at Premium Language Centre.
10. Ensure student records are accurate and up to date.
11. Track student enrolment at Premium Language Centre and partner universities.
12. Assist in student induction as needed.
**Collaboration & Customer Relations**
13. Liaise with university partners, including scheduling interviews and requesting supervisors.
14. Work closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, academics) to support admissions and student services.
15. Assist in customer relations management to enhance the student experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
