**Responsibilities**:

- Establish new customers by implementing appropriate sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain a successful business relationship with customers by providing support, guidance and recommending quality and service
- Handle customers' query by preparing costing and products specification then liaise with Key Account Manager Support on generating quotations.
- Follow up on quotation and sample submission status.
- Ensure customers's feedback and/or compaplaints are handled timely. Work effectively with various internal departments to investigate customers' complaints, develop solutions; prepare reports ; and make recommendations to customer.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting sales performance reports, forecast and weekly activities reports.

**Job Requirements ;**
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in the field of sales/marketing/account management field.
- Result-oriented and self motivated individual.
- Good in communication and problem soving.
- Language requirement ;English : Written & Spoken
- **Possess own transportation and have the ability to travel across Southern Region**

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
