Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (with office in GTower, currently under establishment) for a Pre-Sales Consultant role. The position level will be determined based on your experience and qualifications, ranging from Junior Pre-Sales Consultant to Senior Pre-Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for target client proposals, technical exchanges, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and project sales initiatives.
- Lead client-facing technical discussions and requirements gathering, conduct pre-sales project analysis, design, and planning to facilitate the achievement of sales objectives.
- Work with the product team to complete requirements research, draft related solutions, and perform system demonstrations.
- Support the company in conducting technical exchanges with partners and stakeholders.
- Summarize user needs and typical case studies based on project experiences, refine pre-sales toolkits, and develop relevant documentation.
- Provide timely feedback on industry trends, market insights, user demands, and competitor analysis to inform the company’s market strategy, product development, and software engineering efforts.
- Monitor tender and procurement information from clients, government entities, and other sources, and follow up on potential opportunities.

Day-to-Day Tasks (examples based on typical activities, which may vary by level):

- Assist in preparing and delivering client proposals, including technical presentations and product demos.
- Engage in daily client interactions, such as technical consultations, needs assessment, and solution tailoring.
- Conduct research and analysis for pre-sales projects, drafting reports and schemes as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams on demand surveys, documentation, and system walkthroughs.
- Track industry developments, competitor activities, and market data to generate actionable insights.
- For higher levels (e.g., Senior Pre-Sales Manager): Mentor junior team members, oversee pre-sales strategies, and lead complex technical engagements.

The position offers competitive compensation including performance-based bonuses, as well as a benefits package that includes statutory contributions to EPF (Employees Provident Fund), SOCSO (Social Security), and EIS (Employment Insurance System), along with annual leave and sick leave in accordance with Malaysian employment laws.

**Qualifications**:
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with intelligent services, chatbots, workflows, call centers, CRM, or ERP systems Hands-on experience in SaaS service business scenarios Familiarity with traditional service business processes, technologies, solutions, and operations Prior experience in overseas markets or industries such as pharmaceuticals, finance, manufacturing, big health, or retail Background in consulting firms is a plus

Interview Process

The interview process includes the following steps:
1. Initial video conference to discuss your experience and fit for the role.

2. In-person interview at our Kuala Lumpur area.

3. Online interview with colleagues from China to assess collaboration potential.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
