Perform account & PA / administration duties.
- Manage finance related matters
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Support day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage full set of accounts.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end account closing processes.
- Handle with other ad-hoc tasks as required / assigned by the director from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting / business administration or related field.
- Possess at least 2 years working experience in secretarial and administrative field.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Words & Excel
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiar with SQL / Accounting software an added advantage.
- Accountability, accepting absolute responsibility for all tasks assigned
- Effective time management skills to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel, working location : Bukit Jalil (near to pavilion mall)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to cope with a constantly changing work environment
