**Responsibilities**:
**Driver Affairs**:

- Maintain and update driver records, licenses, and permits.
- Assist with driver onboarding and orientation processes.
- Track attendance, leave, and performance records of drivers.
- Handle communication with drivers regarding schedules, compliance, and operational updates.

**Warehouse Support**:

- Assist in inventory tracking and data entry.
- Prepare and file delivery orders, goods received notes (GRN), and related documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Help organize warehouse administrative tasks and audits.

**Customer Service**:

- Liaise between the warehouse, drivers, and customers to resolve delivery or service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Provide updates to customers on delivery status and order tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service (logistics industry is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
