- Provide Design documents like HLD, LLD during project phase.
- To perform UAT and sign off with customer.

- Preferably possess technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNA-Security, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE.
- Able to uphold confidentiality.

- Strong telephone communication and customer management skills, ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and remedial action plans through oral and written communications.
