**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Lead and manage the construction team for successfully implementation of the construction activities.
- Manage, plan, implement and monitor all activities related to the construction of the project.
- Implement and manage effective project control and procedures to ensure project deliverables within the approved scope, timeline and cost while complying with quality and safety standards.
- Identify the site workforce requirements, coordinate, and direct the workforce with specific tasks and accountability.
- Establish the project plan, direct, and monitor the project team through various phases of the project plan, revision plan as necessary.
- Develop and motivate the project team to remain committed to the project schedule and budget and maintain a safe working environment
- Responsible for the project progress and ensure complete on a timely manner or ahead of time.
- To liaise with relevant authorities, client, Employer Representative, Engineer, Nominated Subcontractors and public.
- To take reasonable care for the Health, Safety, Environmental and Welfare as per the Occupational Safety & Health Act, company policy and OSH Management System.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Manage contract documentations, specifications, and other supervision activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the implementation of all construction trades to ensure conformance to the approved designs specifications.
- Conduct regular project meetings to discuss project progress, variances and the site working environment and provide periodical reporting to management.

**Experience**
- 10 Years perform works experience in related field.
- Knowledge of construction Engineering, procurement, industry standard and other projects.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams to build collaboration and efficiency.
- Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
- Strong understanding of budget processes.
- Demo trot to leadership experience and working with others.
- Maintain composure under pressure and constantly meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contact.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
