1.Manage daily operations of grocery store to meet store goals. 2.Provide direction and guidance to grocery staffs in their assigned job duties. 3.Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards. 4.Provide excellent customer services for sales growth. 5.Develop positive shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction. 6.Evaluate performance of each staff and provide appropriate feedback. 7.Perform inventory control to avoid over stock and low stock. 8.Manage product storage and rotation activities to reduce spoilages and damages. 9.Ensure that grocery shelves are maintained clean and organized. 10.Ensure that shelves are loaded with products all the times. 11.Assist in recruiting and training staffs on assigned responsibilities. 12.Assign daily workload and schedules to staffs. 13.Setup product displays in store entrance and other sections according to merchandising standards. 14.Maintain the store clean, safe and appealing. 15.Develop process improvements to maximize sales and profitability. 16.Educate staffs about safety and sanitation procedures.
