Join our team and take the lead in creating exceptional food experiences while guiding and inspiring a dedicated kitchen crew.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations to ensure adherence to SOPs, food quality, and presentation standards.
- Assist in menu development, taking into account food cost, customer preferences, and dietary needs.
- Supervise and guide line cooks in following standardized recipes and preparation procedures.
- Train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other back-of-house team members.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of raw materials and ingredients to prevent shortages.
- Take charge of kitchen leadership in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Support the team in maintaining food quality, minimizing waste, and controlling food costs.
- Ensure proper storage of food according to hygiene and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support kitchen and restaurant operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage, or related field.
- Preferably with 1 year of supervisory/managerial experience in the F&B industry.
- Must be able to read and speak Malay & English.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about food.
- Former hospitality staff are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
