**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist in building maintenance and facility management
- Perform routine inspection and identify maintenance issues
- Check the level of water supplies and make sure water tank level are sufficient
- Do a visual inspection of all switchboards to ensure all cable connections is securely connected
- Make sure all electrical equipment, appliances, and fittings are in good condition
- Supervise maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading, and improvement works
- Assist in daily operations and ensure technicians/contractors complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain good communication with technicians, suppliers and contractors to resolve equipment problems and maintenance issues
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair works for the building
- Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards
- Resourceful to solve building maintenance-related problems
- Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency to reduce operating costs

REQUIREMENT:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Professional Certificate
- At least 5 years of facilities maintenance management experience
- Possess sound knowledge in M&E equipment, building works, chemical handling, advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing skill
- Possess good organizational, interpersonal and leadership skill
- Communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia and must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, vendors and government authorities
- Basic computer skill is required

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
