**Job description**:

- The Interface Manager is accountable for ensuring the link between vessel product development, projects under execution and units in operation.- You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring effectiveness and quality of Fast4ward vessel product during execution and operation. As a consequence, you will be the direct focal point with execution and operation teams to gather main feedbacks and learnings;
- Suggesting solutions for resolution, reviewing solutions with relevant stakeholders and support Fast4ward vessel technical authority for implementing solutions through product alerts. Solutions to be suggested shall be the best compromise between technical needs, company strategy and commercial implications;
- Identifying potential upgrades to be added to vessel product development based on project monitoring. As such, you will be responsible to follow-up upgrade implementation progress along with Fast4Ward EPM (Engineering Project Management) and share progress overview to relevant stakeholders throughout the company;
- Monitor standardization levels on projects for both MPF (Multi-Purpose floater) and non-MPF from the framing phase until decommissioning;
- Monitor Fast4ward benefits for the company and identify future directions to be taken by product development team to improve those benefits.
- You will:
- Work across all engineering disciplines in close collaboration with the Technical Authority, EPM and engineering teams. As part of this scope, you will be responsible to coordinate MOCs and CTRs within the product development department,
- Communicate with all projects from engineering to operation,
- Communicate with management and any relevant stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness of the product development excellence strategy.

**Job requirements**:

- Engineering university level (Preferably Electrical & Instrumentation or Marine systems)
- At least 12 years’ experience in the offshore engineering industry, with broad knowledge of SBM products and execution experience as EPM or vessel delivery manager or PE
- At least 5 years seniority in SBM
