**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Delegating tasks for daily outlet operation.
2. Assist in training and managing restaurant staff.
3. Supervising the preparation, display, and delivery of food or drinks.
4. Maintaining quality and service standards.
5. Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients.
6. Reducing operational costs.
7. Ensuring all staff follow strict personal safety, food safety, and food storage guidelines.
8. Supervising and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards.
9. Assisting in managing inventory.
10. Interacting with restaurant guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service.
11. Responding to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively.
12. Arranging group events and ensuring the restaurant and staff meet service, drink and food expectations.
13. Assisting assistant manager or outlet manager on administrative duties related to restaurant operations.
14. Other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience in overseeing outlet.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay. Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.
- Able to work in shift.
- Able to use basic Microsoft word and excel. POS system knowledge in an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
