Complete transaction request by crediting and debiting funds to and from customer accounts.
- Monitor incoming transaction request via CMS.
- Input transaction request in data sheet correctly.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately and timely manner.
- Handle all back office duties related to transactions.
- Tallying account balances.
- Process AMS transaction for deposits, transfers, and P2P transfer request.
- Checking account turnover for customers who will request for withdrawal.
- Ensure all account data sheet is accurate and tally.
- Manage DWL Upload in CMS daily.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have an understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills
- Experience in a gaming company is a plus but not required
- Detail
- oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent data entry skills with great focus and can work under pressure
- Knowledgeable with the use of Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet
- Ability to read, write and communicate in Mandarin/ Cantonese language, is an advantage for this role
