**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Franchise Development and Contract Support**
- Identify potential franchisees and propose new store locations
- Assist with store opening preparations and initial operations support
- Prepare sales presentation materials and proposals for franchise expansion
- Draft and negotiate franchise agreements

**2. Franchise Sales Marketing Planning**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new franchisees
- Create promotional materials and marketing content targeting potential franchisees
- Collaborate with the head office marketing team to plan campaigns and enhance brand awareness for franchise growth

**3. Market Research and Compliance**
- Analyze F&B market trends and competitor activities

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Sales experience in the franchise industry
- Experience in franchise sales marketing and content development
- Strong understanding of Malaysian franchise laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, willing to travel nationwide
- Proficiency in English and Malay (additional languages are a plus)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in franchise sales through PNS (Perbadanan Nasional Berhad)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
