Assisting HSE Manager in the development of new HSE Procedure, ERT procedures and drills with IMS-OSHMS & IMS-EMS.
- Perform all duties and requirements designated to the HSE Officer and/or required by regulation or company policy are executed.
- Verify compliance with safety regulations and company standards, and ensure all necessary programs and records are prepared and maintained according to established guidelines.
- Responsible for achieving measurable results in reducing both the frequency and severity of incidents.
- Coordinate and perform workplace risk assessments and routine safety audits, including recommended corrective actions.
- Maintain the site in of readiness for internal and external audits as per documentation.
- Work with cross functional organizations to improve and develop effective and sustainable solutions for safety challenges, risks and requirements.
- Conducts employee induction, awareness training and on job training in related to HSE at workplace.
- Responds to emergencies and investigates accidents, including root cause analysis, and recommends corrective action.
- Responsible for administrative functions such HSE documentation, processing legal documents, personnel management, staff training and development.
- Assists in the preparation of various reports documents and health, safety and Environmental related forms.
- Maintaining HSE records to ensure compliance in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assists in caring out inspections of work places and takes necessary action to ensure compliance.
- Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the workplace and responds to emergencies and investigates accidents, including root cause analysis, and recommends corrective action.
- Computer literate, work independently, and able to communicate with all level of employees including local authorities.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
