**About the Role**:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic **Event Manager** to join our growing team at **Synergy XYZ** You'll be the go-to person for planning and executing both digital and on-ground brand activations — from national-scale campaigns like the **Merdeka Parade** to **weekend in-store activations** across 60+ locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Planning & Strategy**_
- Attend client meetings to gather briefs and propose tailored event concepts and strategies.
- Ideate and plan event mechanics that align with the brand’s marketing direction.
- Propose event timelines, production plans, and vendor needs (venue, setup, food carts, emcees, etc.).
- Prepare and manage budgets to fit client requirements.
- Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., DBKL) for permits and approvals.
- **Project Execution & Management**_
- Lead execution for both **large-scale campaigns** (e.g., **Merdeka Parade on Aug 31**) and **in-store sampling activations** (weekends, Aug-Sept).
- Manage event setup, production quality checks, and on-site coordination.
- Source and train promoters, crew, and vendors.
- Be physically present at key events to troubleshoot and ensure smooth execution.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**_
- Track and monitor on-ground performance (footfall, sales, stock, engagement).
- Provide post-event reports with findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Media, Creative, Content, Strategy).
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 3-5 years of **event management experience** in an agency or brand activation setting.
- Hands-on experience managing **on-ground events**, vendor coordination, and crew supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving attitude and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel and be on-site during events (weekends included).
