- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.

**Responsibility**
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Drawing up short-lists
- Organising interviews and selection events
- Ensure the operations’ staffing needs are met, with long term talent retention strategy in place
- Identify job fair to participate
- Onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas for all new hires.
- Participate in career fair when necessary
