**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition Strategy**:

- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, focusing on roles in heavy machinery, equipment handling, and construction sectors.
- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**:

- **Employer Branding**:

- Promote Sany International Developing (M) Sdn. Bhd. as an employer of choice in the heavy machinery and construction industries.
- Enhance company visibility through online platforms, networking, and industry events to attract high-quality talent.
- **Performance Management**:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks that ensure clear role expectations, goals, and performance metrics.
- Monitor employee performance post-hiring to ensure alignment with job expectations and proactively address any performance issues.
- Provide feedback and input to managers on employee performance, helping guide performance improvement plans when necessary.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs in coordination with department managers, especially for new hires in technical, operational, and managerial roles.
- Organize or coordinate internal training programs to upskill employees and align with company growth objectives.
- Develop and track individual development plans for employees, supporting their career growth within Sany International Developing (M) Sdn. Bhd.
- **Onboarding and Compliance**:

- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, especially for specialized roles such as mechanics, equipment operators, and technical staff.
- Ensure all recruitment and training activities comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- **Data and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records and generate reports to track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention) and employee development progress.
- Provide regular updates to the HR Manager on recruitment and training activities to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower and training needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist, with involvement in performance management and training development, preferably in the construction, machinery, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g., equipment operators, mechanics, and field service technicians) is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, performance management frameworks, and employee development strategies.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), performance evaluation tools, and learning management systems (LMS).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
