Social Media and Sales Marketing Executive

**Design and execute** a social media strategy aligned with Sentuh’s goals, targeting a defined percentage increase in followers, engagement rates, and lead generation through well-planned, data-driven campaigns.
- **Plan and launch promotional campaigns** for wellness services, including discounts, referral programs, and event promotions, closely monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to meet conversion and engagement targets.
- **Provide timely and exceptional customer service **by responding promptly to inquiries on social media and WhatsApp, nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales funnel to close deals and build loyalty.
- **Identify and engage with strategic partners** such as relevant influencers, wellness professionals, and brand ambassadors to broaden Sentuh’s reach and enhance brand reputation through valuable partnerships.
- **Develop and manage lead generation initiatives** via social media and digital channels, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel and ensuring a high conversion rate for Sentuh’s wellness services.
- **Follow up with leads and conduct cold calls** as needed to drive sales conversions, nurturing potential clients and guiding them toward purchasing decisions that meet their wellness needs.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**, including graphic designers, photographers, and product development teams, to create visually compelling and strategically aligned content that resonates with Sentuh’s audience.
- **Track and report sales performance metrics**, preparing regular reports and presenting actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in Sentuh’s social media marketing and sales efforts.
- **Gather and analyze feedback from **social media and WhatsApp interactions to improve Sentuh’s service offerings and address customer needs in targeted marketing content.
- **Develop creative, multi-channel marketing initiatives** for product launches or new wellness programs, utilizing data insights to capture new audiences and expand market reach.
- **Capable of using Canva or other design apps **for creating visually appealing posters, videos, and social media content that aligns with Sentuh’s brand and aesthetic. Experience in designing promotional content is highly valued.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
