**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Process and Machine Optimization:

- Develop strategies to maximize plant capacity utilization through continuous process and machine re-engineering.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance overall production output.

2. Production Planning and Scheduling:

- Oversee and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

3. Initiate Process/Productivity Improvements:

- Introduce and implement innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and overall productivity.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

**Requirements**:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.

**Experience**: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or academic projects in polymer science or chemical engineering will be considered an asset.

**Technical Skills**:

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex production issues.
- Proficient in utilizing technical tools and methodologies to address challenges in the production process.

**Analytical and Communication Skills**:

- Strong analytical thinking skills to assess and address production challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.

**Leadership and Discipline**:

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Self-driven and disciplined approach to achieving production goals.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
