1) Implementation of all HSE programs that have been planned for the project such as weekly HSE meeting, weekly safety talks, daily tool box talk and other HSE programs to promote HSE awareness among personnel involved in the project 2) Ensure that firefighting equipment is sufficient, maintained in good condition and is placed in the correct and appropriate area 3) Ensure relevant signage are displayed and Safety Performance Board is updated 4) Ensure all work carried out for the project is complying with the HSE policy and procedures 5) Perform daily site inspection in order to ensure contractor compliance to HSE 6) Assist Safety Officer / Project Manager / Safety Personnel to carry out daily surveillance at work place / project complete with check list (SOP FORMS) signed by him as witnessed 7)Identify, access and control hazards at work site, based on priority and maintain safe operation throughout 8) Assist the Supervisor / Project Manager of the project work site to wrote any incident / accident report and take part in the investigation 9) Liaise with clients, consultant, subcontractors and relevant government officials (e.g.: DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, KEMEMTRIAN KESIHATION & CIDB) to identify and resolve health, safety and environment issues. 10) Perform any other safety & health duties assigned by Superior / the Management from time to time CHARTER BUILT GROUP of companies started by incorporating Charter Built Construction Sdn.
