- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of resources, including raw material and manpower
- Supervise production staff and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork to achieve production goals.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and compliance with standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Minimize excess inventory and optimize inventory turnover rates.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among production staff.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work when in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
