Oversee the efficient and timely processing of aircraft components, managing the records, documentation, and transportation of unserviceable items from remote warehouses globally to repair workshops within the network.
- Analyze maintenance records, such as U/S labels, DFP, PFR, and TSD, to determine the reasons for component removal and aircraft data, and update the maintenance information system database accordingly.
- Review removal reasons and customer-specific requirements, and generate accurate instructional documentation such as Repair Orders (RO) with detailed input for precise requirements.
- Maintain a well-organized and accurate database of aircraft and component technical records in the maintenance information system, ensuring full traceability of component and aircraft histories. Report any abnormalities found during this process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to maintenance records to ensure a clean database and prevent components from being quarantined due to incorrect documentation.
- Identify the necessary actions and coordinate with the inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams globally to ensure the smooth movement of items, including managing open orders (RO, LO, PO, EO) and the safe transport of components to suppliers/vendors.
- Manage the drop-shipment process for materials from the customer or operator base to the repair network and back to storage or on-site locations, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time and meets quality standards.
- Ensure operational KPIs are consistently met and remain within healthy levels.
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and streamlining workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year (excluding OJT/internship) in Aviation Technical Records or Component Workshop Planning.
- Background in component workshop or production planning.
- Experience with aircraft and component technical records.
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of exchange, outright sales, repairs, overhauls, and beyond economical repair (BER) scopes.
- Understanding of component logistics, ATA coding, dangerous goods regulations, export controls, INCOTERMs, and shipment tracking.
- Proficiency with MRO ERP or Maintenance Information System (MIS) software for managing technical records.
- Solid experience in aircraft maintenance operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and ability to work independently.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
