**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production and management of sales and marketing materials, both digital and physical.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing events and campaigns, targeting both online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, evaluate customer satisfaction, and provide insights for business growth.
- Gather, analyze, and report on consumer behavior data (e.g., web traffic, sales performance, customer feedback).
- Create and maintain tracking reports for digital marketing efforts and traditional sales activities.
- Assist in setting up and monitoring tracking systems for online marketing activities and offline sales efforts.
- Support the sales and marketing team in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Education**: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
- **Experience**: 1 year in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Malay, and English (preferred)
