**Key Responsibilities**:

- Match and process creditors’ invoices, payments, and journal vouchers.
- Reconcile creditors’ accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reports, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in salary processing, petty cash claims, and loan/HP payment arrangements.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
- Support tax analysis, filing, and audit procedures, including liaising with auditors and tax agents.
- Participate in quarterly stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Assist Account Executive with financial tasks and perform ad-hoc assignments from management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
