To manage the Contract Administration, Contract Management, and Customer Service Operations to ensure a strategic benchmark customer service experience as well as ensuring accurate and effective management of all contracts. - Ensure all processes, methods and systems need to be in alignment to compliance, the Daimler Integrity Code and Code of Conduct Policy. - Ensure all contracts and payouts are error-free, compliant with the approved term and conditions before activation and completed within the required time as to achieve the KPI. - Ensure that '˜Four Eyes Principle' is fully adhered to for all financial & customer data and documentation are in right order before activation of contracts and payouts. - Manage the MBSM's Customer Services processes and strategy along with business stakeholders. - Implementation of Customer Service On Line (COS) and Call Centre as to provide hassle free experience and efficient services to our customers as to achieve CSI#1 and DSI#1. - Build, manage and maintain collaborative relationships with brand partner and business units in order to ensure delivery of benchmark services against CSI targets. - Manage the activities and monitor staff performance of the Operations Department to create synergy and achieving the KPIs. - Ensure that processes were compliance, a sound partnership and the alignment of strategic objectives. - Build, manage and maintain collaborative relationships with brand partner and business units in order to ensure delivery of benchmark services against CSI targets. - Train teams in skills for Contract Administration and Customer Service.
