We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our MD with the day-to-day running of the office with administrative & provide high level secretarial support. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and judgement skills. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to the MD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships on behalf of the MD
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Travel & Logistics Coordination for MD and all staff
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations.
- Attend meeting & take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Overlook administration of the office & supervise other administrative employees
- Other adhoc tasks as requested by MD

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven track records as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Min Diploma in the field of Management, Office Administration or PSC
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Professional demeanour with a pro-active atitture
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Responsible, committed and motivated
- Flexibility and adaptability to work extended hours when required
