**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and ensure efficiency in day-to-day operations of Pharmacy Department (DST & CDR Services).
- Maintain and update the Hospital Drug Formulary on a timely and regular basis.
- Ensure all drugs are procured at the most competitive pricing without any compromise to their quality and efficacy.
- Perform review and planning of stock expiry and variances. Assists in ensuring that the department operates within the budget allocated.
- Lead, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of Drug Store and CDR staff, schedule and assign work and develop priorities, provide professional expertise as and when needed as well as maintain Training & Development Plan for DST and CDR section.
- Be responsible in manpower planning and staff schedule of the department.
- Participate in the planning and budgeting of Drug Store and CDR requirements.
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmaceutical, clinical pharmacy advances and government regulations related to Pharmacy.
- To provide up to date drug information to the medical practitioners, other healthcare professionals and members of the public.
- Support the hospital administration in the preparation, documentation and implementation of any program towards the accreditation of MSQH, JCI and any other quality system accreditation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Pharmacy (Recognized by the Malaysian Pharmacy Board).
- Passed Pharmacy Forensic Examination.
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia.
- Minimum 2 years working in a hospital pharmacy with experience in inventory. management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
