Job Title: User Acquisition Specialist

Location: Subang Jaya, Malaysia

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated User Acquisition Specialist to join our gaming company. You will be working under the supervision of a marketing manager, and will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of user acquisition strategies aimed at converting leads from our marketing efforts into active players in the game.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing user acquisition plans and campaigns, using a data-driven approach to maximize player conversion rates
- Support the marketing, product, and analytics teams in identifying target audiences and optimizing user acquisition efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, user preferences and acquisition strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing manager
- Test and optimize different user acquisition campaigns to identify what works best for our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated user acquisition strategies
- Work with product and content teams to develop user acquisition initiatives that align with overall business goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing or related fields
- Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and performance marketing techniques
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of the target audience and market trends
