Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to support the finance department in managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and preparing timely reports. This role will assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements while supporting the overall efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions for projects and departments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in daily finance operations, including payments, billings, and general ledger updates.
- Support financial performance analysis and assist in forecasting exercises.
- Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters and provide necessary support.
- Ensure that all financial reporting deadlines are met in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, schedules, and reports for audits.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
- Knowledge of MFRS, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
