**Requirement**
- Open for Malaysian only
- Age: 18 - 45 years old
- **Mandarin speaker required**:

- 2 days working and 2 days off
- Salary : RM1700 + RM500 (Allowance) + Overtime
- Working hours: 9AM - 9PM (Morning), 9PM - 9AM (Night),
- Maximum Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25
- Minimum SPM holder
**Job Scope**
- Attend to passengers’ enquiries on way finding airport facilities and other passengers’ issues
- Proactively approach passengers and offer assistance
- Handle and assist passengers’ / stakeholders’ on-site complaints and issues
- Assist in incidents, accidents, emergencies and fall back procedures
- Assist in queue and crowd management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
