**Exciting Opportunity: Astro Customer Care Consultant**

**What You'll Do**
- **Engage professionally** with Astro customers via inbound calls to provide information and support.
- **Resolve issues** by escalating complaints or requests through Service Requests and Trouble Tickets.
- No sales involved.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Educational Background**:

- **SPM/O-Level** with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- **Diploma** holders with 6 months of experience in customer service.
- **Fresh graduates** with a Degree are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in **customer service** is a bonus.

**Location & Work Schedule**
- **Location**: Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral.
- **Shifts**: Rotational shifts:

- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Days**: Monday - Sunday (2 days off).

**What’s in It for You?**
- **Competitive Pay**:

- Basic salary: RM2,000 - RM2,800/month + KPI allowance of RM200.
- **Probation period (first 5 months)**: RM1,800 + RM200 KPI.
- **Training Completion Bonus**: Additional RM200 after training.
- **KPI Bonus**: Earn up to RM400 for stellar performance and attendance (first 3 months).
- **Confirmation Bonus**: RM3,500 upon confirmation
- **Salary Increment**: Start earning more from the 6th month onward.
