1. Responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a new branch in Setia Alam, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and achieving business objectives.

2. To maintain and further improve the performance of the workshop operations

3. Responsible on overall management, supervision and control of the workshop operations in accordance to the policies and procedures set

4. Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed

5. To achieve the yearly after sales, parts and accessories’ target

6. Implementing standards/directives for aftersales defined in the dealership and those specified by distributor

7. Prepare annual operating budget, manpower, organization related matters

8. Implement and promote service marketing plans and promotional activities on a monthly basis

9. Maintaining an up-to-date database of customers to enhance engagement, improve service delivery, and drive increased service volume intake.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
