**Role Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for hosting livestreams on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts, content, strategies and promotions for live shows, including scheduling, planning and marketing.
- Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the audience's attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community.
- Introduce product selling points, and display of product, reviews and consumer experience attractively and creatively during the livestream session.
- Provide accurate product information, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases.
- Track and report live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Review the data (insights and analytics) after the live stream, continuously elevate the live stream effect, and develop creative ways to enhance and improve livestream flow.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges and features to incorporate into content creation.
- Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, visuals and overall presentation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image.
- According to the company's arrangement, participate in the shooting of the company's product videos and daily short videos and share the videos.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Familiar with live streaming technology, proficient in using live streaming equipment and operations, and able to quickly process and solve technical issues.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the live streaming process and program content, able to plan and adjust according to the needs of the host and audience.
- Equipped with on-site scheduling and contingency response capabilities, able to respond promptly to unexpected situations and take effective measures.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
