Description:
- Responsible for handling foreign workers general affairs, including but not limited to the preparation of Fomema medical check-ups, and administering the foreign workers on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations.
- Maintain an accurate database and generate reports on foreign worker matters.
- To perform any other Office & General Admin Support duties as assigned.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration; or SPM with more than 5 years work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign worker management.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and immigration regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including cross-cultural sensitivity.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
