Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory by checking and recording the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
- Keeping well-organized files and business records and activities;
- Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies;
- Utilize computer systems to run databases, issuance of tax invoice, delivery order, credit note and etc.;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
- Maintaining social media platform;
- Preparing for presentation slide and business proposal;
- Provide office support including customer and staff support;
- Educating customers about what products/services are available and how to purchase the product;
- Involve in some marketing task like market analysis;
- Arrange and compile customer data, prepare official quotation and follow up on the pending tasks;
- Conducting market study and survey;
- Conducting and compiling sales reports, purchase reports, inventory report and etc.;
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale, as necessary;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers;
- Prepare and submit work progression report to respective supervisor by every end of the weeks;
- Prepare and submit monthly working plan together with the time frame to the management for Key Performance Index (KPI) purpose, i.e., to know what tasks / jobs given for the month and how much time required to complete the particular tasks / jobs;
- All tasks must have the consent of your reporting manager;
- Perform other duties when instructed.

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
