Mining Driver

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**

**Operating heavy machinery**: Safely operate heavy-duty dump trucks and other equipment to transport materials such as ore, rock, or waste from one point to another within the mining site.

**Loading and unloading materials**:Carry out loading and unloading operations, which may involve using hydraulic systems or other devices on the truck.

**Route navigation**: Follow pre-established routes and schedules within the mine site to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials.

**Vehicle inspection and maintenance**: Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe and good working condition. Perform minor maintenance checks and report any major mechanical issues to a supervisor or maintenance team.

**Adhering to safety protocols**: Strictly follow all safety regulations and company procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment （PPE） and obeying traffic signs and speed limits within the site.

**Documentation and reporting**: Complete required documentation, such as daily logs, maintenance records, and delivery reports. Report any accidents, defects, or violations.

**Collaboration**: Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and other team members, such as excavator and loader operators, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Environmental awareness**: Be mindful of load limitations and the proper distribution of weight to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
