1.MONITOR OPERATION OF BUILDING AND M&E SYSTEM.

2. PERFORM REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORK,PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TASK ON ALL SWITCH BOARDS, CIRCUIT BREAKERS, TRANSFORMER AND ELECTRICAL EQUITMENT.

3. TO CARRY OUT ROUTINE WORK AND SCHEDULED M&E INSPECTION AND CHECK LIST, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND YEARLY OBJECTIVES OF THE MAINTENANCE AND PREVENTIVE PROGRAMS.

4. TO IMPLEMENT AND MAINTAIN RECORD OF KITCHEN, GYM AND BAR ELECTRICAL/MACHINE EQUIPMENT, SERVICES OF GYM EQUIPMENT, AIR CONDITIONER AND OTHERS.

5. TO IMPLEMENT SCHEDULE AND CONDUCT SERVICING OF AIR-CONDS AND CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE AND INITIATE MORE IDEAS TO IMPROVE THE FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT AT THE CLUB.

6. TO ASSIST AND RELIEF H & g EXECUTIVE DURING HIS OFF DAY/WHEN HE IS ON LEAVE.
Our Company / Club is mainly dealing with Membership activities. For those who have enrolled as members, they are allowed to use the facilities of the Club s such as Swimming pool, GYM, Squash, Badminton, Fitness Studio Tennis, Table Tennis, etc.

Besides that The Club has other facilities such as Restaurant, Chalets, Bar, Function Hall where they can dine in and also for guests treatments.

The Club also provided chalets for members and their guests.
