**Key Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To review the monthly Inventory Turnover Reports, Material Requirement (PMR) Reports on the assigned category of production materials to identify purchase needs.
- To raise Purchase Requisition forms and Purchase Order for the assigned category of production materials and selective miscellaneous items.
- To invite quotation according to purchase requisition, compile and negotiate with suppliers for competitive price.
- To up-keep of packaging materials’ sample file.
- To liaise with suppliers to monitor their delivery, quality and reliability.
- To liaise with suppliers and QC upon rejection of goods and ensure timely replacement of the rejected items without disruption to production.
- To co-ordinate with Production personnel to arrange for timely delivery of materials required and ensure sufficient inventories to support production plan.
- To perform clerical duties (e.g.: write correspondences, sending faxes, filing, recording of purchase information and distribute shipping documents to Shipping department etc).
- To undertake any projects / assignments that will be assigned from time to time.
- Ensure purchasing & procurement activities comply with the GMP requirements, company's policies & procedures, code of ethics, values & adherence to relevant laws & regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences as a Purchasing/ Procurement Executive in Manufacturing sector preferably Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology & Medical related industry
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Effective communication for building relationships with suppliers and conveying purchasing strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and forecasting
- Negotiation skills to secure better deals and cost savings

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,900.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
- GMP: 3 years (preferred)
- Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology / Medical related industry: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (required)
