**Luggage Handling and Transportation**:
Assisting with luggage: Unloading and loading luggage, transporting it to and from guest rooms, and placing it in designated areas.

Escorting guests : Guiding guests to their rooms and providing a brief overview of hotel facilities.

Ensuring luggage safety: Maintaining security of luggage and preventing any damage or loss.

Delivering items: Delivering packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms.

**Guest Service and Information**:
Greeting guests: Providing a warm and welcoming greeting to guests upon arrival and departure.

Answering inquiries:
Assisting guests with questions about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Providing directions:
Guiding guests to various locations within the hotel and outside the property.

Offering recommendations:
Suggesting local restaurants, attractions, and activities based on guest preferences.

Assisting with transportation:
Arranging transportation for guests, such as taxis, shuttles, or airport transfers.

**Other Responsibilities**:
Maintaining a clean and organized lobby:
Keeping the lobby tidy and ensuring that luggage storage areas are well-maintained.

Coordinating with other departments:
Working closely with front desk, concierge, and other hotel staff to ensure smooth guest service.

Reporting issues:
Notifying appropriate personnel of any maintenance problems or safety hazards.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
