We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales to join our wholesale team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, process orders and provide support to ensure smooth sales operations. You’ll be the key contact for clients, assist to build strong, long-term relationships and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for potential business.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.
- Prepare sales quotes, follow up on leads and assist with customer account management.
- Stay informed on product updates, market trends and customer needs to better support sales efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to perform multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and high level of responsiveness.
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
**Nice to Have**:
- Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales.
- Ability to handle high volumes of orders and multitask under pressure.
- Experience in handling walk-in customers or showroom sales (if applicable).
